## Shipping Rates by Quantity (48 Contiguous United States)
- **1–2 items:** $15
- **3–5 items:** $30
- **6–9 items:** $50
- **10 or more items:** $75
> Note: Shipping charges are calculated per order based on the total quantity of items in the cart. Each item
counts toward the total quantity, regardless of size or weight.
## Geographic Coverage
- **Domestic (48 contiguous United States):** Standard shipping rates apply as listed above.
- **Outside the 48 contiguous United States (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, territories, international):** Please contact us for a shipping quote based on current costs. Quotes will reflect carrier rates and any special handling requirements.
## Handling Time
- Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within **1–3 business days** after the order is placed.
## Delivery Estimates
- Once shipped, delivery times depend on the selected carrier and destination. Transit times are separate from handling time and may vary by location and service level.
- Free Local Pickup is available.  Please contact us after your order is placed to make arrangements.
## Order Modifications
- If you need to modify your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications may
affect the shipping charge since it is based on the total item quantity.
## Packaging and Care
- Pottery items are packed securely to minimize breakage. If a breakage occurs in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with replacement or other resolutions per our policy.
